Joseph Messina - Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned Sales Executive within the ATM/POS ISO marketplace. Over the last 12 years as President of Xtracash Payment Systems, Joe has built and sold several ATM and POS portfolios. His current portfolio of accounts generates over 2 billion in sales annually.

Prior to building an ISO business, Joe spent 20+ years within the audio retail marketplace.During this time, he managed 17 stores generating over $120MM in annual sales. He was also the founder of Home Theatre Sound Systems Company, and built it to $15MM in annual sales over a 4 year period.

USAF, Baskin Robbins franchise owner, Retail 20 years, various executive roles with E Trade/ CIBC Amicus Financial, XtraCash ATM. Currently serves on the Advisory Board for United Bank Card and the Board of Directors of Cono Italiano.

Matthew Pascarella - Vice President of Sales
Matt has been in the financial services industry for over 10 years. Prior to his affiliation with Xtra Cash in April of 2006, Mr. Pascarella was a financial advisor with a wealth management team at Smith Barney. For 3 years he worked within the Private Client Group helping to manage clientele with combined assets in excess of $200 million dollars. Before joining Citigroup, Mr. Pascarella was associated with Ryan Beck & Co. and A.G. Edwards & Sons.

Mr. Pascarella is actively involved with Business Networking International (BNI) and currently serves as President for the Business Growth Professionals chapter in Basking Ridge, NJ. Mr. Pascarella is also involved with the Emerging Leaders of Somerset County serving on the membership committee.

James B. Roberts - Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities include: providing Merchant Credit Card (Visa, MC, etc) and Automated Terminal Machine (ATM) sales and service, and other related products and services for XtraCash.

Eighteen years sales experience in Credit Cards ATM telecommunications, audit consulting, executive aircraft charter and success motivation techniques.

Joseph A. Marino - Vice President General Counsel 
Born in Passaic, New Jersey on April 26, 1949, Mr. Marino attended Montclair Kimberley Academy, of Montclair, New Jersey, Class of 67.

Mr. Marino is also a Graduate of St. Louis University receiving in 1971, Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in accounting and economics.

Mr. Marino received his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, on June 12, 1976 and has been admitted to practice law in the following jurisdictions:

  • Admitted to the New Jersey Bar, June 10, 1976
  • Admitted to the Florida Bar, October 26, 1976
  • Admitted to the Washington D.C. Bar June 13, 1977

Mr. Marino served as criminal defense pool attorney for the office of the Public Defender Passaic & Essex County from Sept 76 to Oct. 1978

Between 1977 - 1979, Mr. Marino was an Associate with the firm of Miller & Platt, in Paterson, New Jersey as a commercial and bankruptcy litigator.

From 1979 to 1982, Mr. Marino was a Senior Associate with the firm of Kleinberg, Moroney, Masterson & Schachter, in Millburn, New Jersey as a commercial and bankruptcy litigator.

In May 1982, Mr. Marino engages in private practice as a commercial and bankruptcy litigator and is the senior member in the firm of Marino Mayers & Jarrach, LLC in Clifton, New Jersey.

Mr. Marino has been a Board Certified Creditors Rights Specialist since 1994 and leads the firm in all prosecutions of complex commercial litigation and Fraud. The firm prosecutes all creditor rights- claims including general commercial collections, which includes Insurance Premium Recovery.

The firm also specializes all Fraud Claims, to wit: Insurance Premium Fraud, Claims Fraud, Equitable Fraud and Fraud in the Application, RICO, Conversion and officer and director liability claims where tortuous corporate activity has occurred.

Mr. Marino and the firm also offer special services, such as Appellate Practice, Contract and Business Forms Review & Drafting, "Creditor Rights Consulting" Services and Educational Seminars.

Professionally, Mr. Marino has been an active member of the Commercial Law League of America since 1978, and has been a national host and speaker on various educational programs. He is a contributing author to various law letters and publications, including “Debt 3". He is a contributing author to the NACM: Manual of Credit and Commercial Laws.

Mr. Marino has served Five (5) years on the Board of Governors of the Commercial Law League of America: three (3) years as an attorney member; one (1) year as Creditors' Rights Section’s representative, and one (1) as Recording Secretary to the CLLA, and is a Past Chair of the Creditors' Rights Section and; a Past Chair of the Eastern District of the CLLA.

Mr. Marino has also been a member of American Bar Association, and New Jersey State Bar Association, member of the Essex County Bar Association and has served as a Mediator for over ten years, and is a member of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

In July 1994, Mr. Marino became a Board Certified Creditors Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification Washington D.C. and is currently serving on the Board of Governors of the American Board of Certification.

Mr. Marino has been admitted as Special Counsel in numerous Bankruptcy Courts to handle the liquidations of receivables and portfolios.

Finally, Mr. Marino is a family man and active in various community organizations.

Other Businesses: for the past twenty-five years Mr. Marino has been a principle is numerous successful commercial real estate partnerships and various other business ventures.

Honors: Include induction in to the International Honor Society of the Sovereign Military Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, for organizing a relief package campaign that secured corporate donations and volunteers that prepared and sent packages to our troops in Desert Storm, and a commendation from General Norman Schwarzkopf.

Other Activities, Mr. Marino is a Past President of the Montville Unico Foundation. He is also the Bailli of the New Jersey chapter of Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs. A charter member of the Montville Chapter of Unico National, the Largest Italian-America Service Club in The U.S.A. Mr. Marino and his wife, the famous bridal designer Paula Varsalona (alumni of Washington University St. Louis) were jointly honored as “Persons of the Year”, by Montville Chapter of Unico National on May 12, 2006.
